

The purpose of this role is to develop key capabilities to enable cross functional collaboration across the system and support the customer experience of the future. You will partner with team members to build the strategy and execute learning curriculum that enables the newly formed Customer Experience team, with a primary focus on the Global Data Analytics Hub, at McDonald’s to deliver against the needs of our rapidly changing business and customer expectations.
